Why should I choose Complete Music?
We are a full time company dedicated to client care and service.  We care about your event and pay close attention to the details to make sure everything runs according to your plans. We want you to enjoy your event along with your guests.  We are professionals with experience and we use that experience along with continued training to constantly seek out innovative ways to make our services fun and exciting. 

Why shouldn't I just use an iPod?
Would you hire a camera and not a photographer?  An iPod is only a music player. A music player has no wedding experience, it cannot  make introductions or announcements. A music player can not alert your photographer to upcoming photo opportunities or alert the caterers to start pouring champagne for the toast.  It cannot fill the shoes of a professional wedding emcee. Plus, you would still have the cost of renting the sound and lighting equipment and purchasing additional music to accommodate the wide variety of music that all your guests may enjoy.  You would still need someone to run the equipment, cue and announce the specialty songs, change the playlist for requests and troubleshoot if problems with the equipment or songlists should arise. A professional DJ provides more than music, a professional DJ provides a valuable service.

How far in advance should I book Complete Music?
Our availability is limited and we book most dates well in advance. We can tentatively hold your date for a short while, but encourage you to secure your date with a deposit as soon as you are certain of your decision.

How do I reserve your services?
We require a  small, non refundable deposit and a signed contract.

Do you have back up equipment?   What if my DJ gets sick?
We have spare equipment and on call staff each weekend for your peace of mind.

What kind of music do you have in your collection?
We have a large variety of music for your enjoyment. From current hits, all the way back to the Big Band era of the 30’s & 40’s. All of our music is clean or "radio friendly".  If it is not appropriate for the radio due to language or content, we will not have it in our catalog.  We are constantly updating our music collection with the best new music.

What if I have an unusual song request that is not in your catalog?
We are happy to play music from your personal library that you supply to us on compact disc.
As a commercial business, we can not obtain(download) improperly licensed music as that would violate Copyright laws.

Can I see you at an event or actual performance?
Since most of our events are private wedding receptions, it would be improper to have uninvited strangers come to observe. Our clients expect our undivided attention and respect for them, their event, and their privacy. We will provide you with the same consideration and will not audition for new clients when performing for your private event.

Can I request a specific Colorado Springs DJ?
Yes! Every effort will be made to assign you requested DJ.  Remember requests are on a first come/ first serve basis.
